Our support begins with online training, in addition to the initial three days of classroom training at our corporate headquarters prior to opening and continues throughout the life of your business. Property Management Startup Costs
The investment level required to participate in an All County® Property Management franchise is relatively low-cost, ranging from $85,950 to $117,900.
This is based on the upfront franchise fee of $58,500 plus $27,450 to $59,400 in estimated start-up capital and operating expenses. If you already have an office, the startup expenses could be considerably reduced. Please note that E-2 Applicant costs will be higher.
